Glencoe Time Capsule 2023

Glencoe: A time capsule is a historic cache of goods or information, usually intended as a deliberate method of communication with future people, and to help future archaeologists, anthropologists, or historians.  In 2023, the Glencoe & District Historical Society filled a cache with the following and laid it to rest for 100 years in the old Glencoe Town Hall corner stone that now rests in the garden of the Archives at 178 McKellar Street, Glencoe, ON.  Project led by Lorne Munro and Harold Carruthers. Completed 21 Nov 2023.
