Emma Stack
The past has bewitched Emma Stack for as long as she can remember. Some of her most treasured childhood memories consist of cannons, musket demonstrations, and standing on various fort ramparts, imagining what it was like hundreds of years ago.
The adventures of her childhood led her to obtain a degree in history and eventually, a degree in education to teach history at the high school level. It is also not surprising, but somewhat coincidental that she ended up marrying an artillery soldier and presently lives in Alvinston, Ontario.
For Emma, writing allows her to blend historical accuracy with her creativity and imagination. Canadian history has always been her constant source of inspiration, with its enthralling and exciting history just waiting to make it into the genre of historical romance.
