A Night of Reflection: An Event in Honour of Truth & Reconciliation
September 28 @ 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm
An evening of reflection, remembrance, learning and community. There will be Indigenous elders, a residential school Survivor, and the dancers of the Sweet Labour Art Collective for this deeply moving and meaningful gathering.
The evening’s program includes:
- Opening: Elder Mary Lou Smoke
- Presentation & Story Sharing: Residential School Survivor Cheryl Riley accompanied by her daughter, Ashley Riley
- Dance Performance: Sweet Labour Collective
We invite you to stand alongside us as we honour all Indigenous residential and day school Survivors, their families, and all those who continue to advocate for justice, truth, accountability, and reconciliation.
Cost: Register by September 27th and save. Pre-registration $8 per person | $10 at the door.
FNIM participants are free.
